Kevin has over 25 years experience in property development and has held senior management and director roles with some of the leading house builders in the UK, including Bellway (Land & Planning Director), Berkley Homes (Regional MD) and Crest Nicholson (Regional MD). Kevin has joined Grove New Homes to utilise his contact base and advise clients on acquisition and disposals.

Aaron has significant international real estate experience having recently completed a successful 5 year mixed-use acquisition programme on behalf of a private Middle-Eastern fund. His role enabled him to work alongside many market leaders across several countries in Europe and the Middle East.

Nick has considerable experience in the London New Homes and residential development market having worked at senior management level for leading international property advisers and New Homes specialists. Nick has been responsible for several large development acquisition and disposals across London including City Fringe regeneration areas. Nick also specialises in off plan investment opportunities working with many private investment groups throughout the UK and Asia.

Russell is an experienced property professional with 15 years of investing in residential projects throughout The city and east London. Russell runs a building contracting business which is currently building out 350 apartments for several large development companies. Russell's in depth knowledge of the building industry allows us to offer our clients a step by step advisory service from Acquisition, Build management and pricing, through to international sales marketing.
